Long Island Expressway to Exit 53 South to Sagtikos Parkway South. Take the Sagtikos to Exit S-3 (Pineaire Drive.) Make a right at the light onto Pineaire Drive and go to the end of 3rd Avenue (Pineaire turns into 3rd Avenue.) Make a right at the end of 3rd Avenue (at 8th Street) into SCO Family of Services's parking lot.

Southern State Parkway to Exit 41A (Sagtikos Parkway North) to Exit S-3 (Pineaire Drive.) Bear right and take Pineaire Drive to the end of 3rd Avenue (Pineaire Drive turns into 3rd Avenue) and make a right (at 8th Avenue) into SCO Family of Services's parking lot.

By train: LIRR to Brentwood station. Walk 2 blocks on 8th Street, only goes one way, to 3rd Avenue. SCO Family of Services on corner of 8th Street & 3rd Avenue

BQE to Tillary Street/Civic Center. Stay left for 2 lights. Make a left onto Flatbush Avenue, straight for 3 lights. Stay left, make a left onto Fulton Street. BAM parking lot is right next to SCO at the corner of Rockwell Place.


Atlantic Avenue to South Portland Avenue. Make a right turn on South Portland Avenue (South Portland is 2 blocks after the Daily News parking lot which is on your right hand side.) Go two stop lights on South Portland, make a left onto Fulton Street. Straight for 2 stop lights, this is Rockwell Place. Make a left on Rockwell, park in the BAM parking lot.

Via Subway

From Manhattan - Take the W express train toward Brooklyn. Exit at the 36th Street station - cross platform and look for the R local train. Take the R one stop to 45th Street station. Exit subway and walk back to 43rd Street. The Center is on 43rd Street between 3rd and 4th Avenue.

Via Auto

From Manhattan
FDR Drive (S) to the Battery Tunnel. Go through the tunnel as you exit the tunnel you will be on Gowanus Expressway. Take the 39th Street exit, go down ramp and make a left turn onto 2nd Avenue. Take 2nd Avenue to 42nd Street. Make a left turn onto 42nd Street to 4th Avenue (2 blocks). Make a right onto 4th Avenue one block to 43rd Street. Make a right onto 43rd Street. The Center is on the right side of street after the schoolyard (half way down the block).

From Connecticut
Take I-95 to the Bruckner Expressway. Take Bruckner Expressway to the Third Avenue Bridge Exit. Stay in the right lane onto the FDR Drive (S) and follow directions above.

East/West: Take Southern State Parkway to Exit 22 South (Meadowbrook Parkway South). Continue on the Meadowbrook Parkway to Exit 9W (Merrick Road W) Freeport.

Continue on Merrick Road West for approximately 1½ miles. The office is between Church Street and Guy Lombardo Ave. on the left side of Merrick Road at 49 West Merrick Road. The building is between Freeport Marine and a diner.

Parking
There is parking in the lot next to the building, but there is a municipal parking lot close by if there are no available spaces in the agency lot. The municipal lot is on the east side of Church Street - north of Merrick Road (a right turn onto Church Street).

Via Subway

E Train to Parsons Blvd. and Archer Avenue. Walk one block to Jamaica Avenue turn right on Jamaica Avenue and walk to 161st Street. Turn left and walk two blocks to 90th Avenue. The Genovese Family Life Center is on the corner.

F Train to Parsons Blvd. and Hillside Avenue. Go right on Hillside Avenue to 161st Street and walk four blocks to 90th Avenue. The Genovese Family Life Center is on the corner.

Via Auto

From Brooklyn

Tae the BQE to the Grand Central Parkway (East). Exit at Parsons Blvd. Take service road to the light and make a right onto Parsons Blvd. Make a left onto 90th Avenue and proceed two (2) blocks to 161st Street.

From New York City
From Midtown or Downtown

Take the Midtown Tunnel to the Long Island Expressway (495). Continue on the LIE to the Grand Central Parkway East. Take the Grand Central Parkway to the Parsons Blvd. Exit. At the first light turn right. This is Parsons Blvd. Take Parsons Blvd. to 90th Avenue, turn left and turn right into parking garage.

From Uptown

Take the Triboro Bridge to the Grand Central Parkway. Continue as above.

From the Bronx, Westchester or Connecticut

Take either the Throggs Neck Bridge or Whitestone Bridge

Throggs Neck Bridge. Take the Throggs Neck Bridge to the Clearview Expressway. Take the Clearview Expressway to the Grand Central Parkway - West Grand Central Parkway (West) to 168th Street exit. Take the service road to Parsons Blvd. Make a left turn onto Parsons Blvd. and continue to 90th Avenue. Turn left on 90th Avenue and turn right into parking garage.

Whitestone Bridge. Take the Whitestone Bridge to the Cross Island Parkway. Take the Cross Island Parkway to the Grand Central Parkway - West.

Continue above.

From Long Island

Take the Northern State Parkway into the Grand Central Parkway (West) to 168th Street Exit. Stay on service road to Parsons Blvd. Make a left turn onto Parsons Blvd. and take it to 90th Avenue. Turn left and proceed two (2) blocks to 161st Street

From the West (NYC City)

Take Cross Island Parkway to the L.I. Expressway (East) - (495)

Take L.I. Expressway to Glen Cove Road (Exit 39). At traffic light
make a left onto Glen Cove Road.

Travel North on Glen Cove Road approximately 4.7 miles.

You will cross Northern Blvd. (Route 25A - Pathmark on right).

After crossing Route 25A, continue on Glen Cove Road.

At about 4.5 miles you will pass a school and church on the right (St. Hyacinth) - get into the right lane by this point.

Shortly after passing the school there will be a fork in the road - take the right fork
(signs for right fork are Cedar Swamp Road and Sea Cliff).

Pass four (4) traffic lights (the lights are close together).

One block after the 4th traffic light, make a right turn onto Alexander Place.
(An Italian deli - Buonogustaio on the far corner as you turn onto Alexander Place)

The office is up the hill inside the gates.


From Eastern Long Island

Travel West on the Long Island Expressway to Exit 41 North (Route 107). Travel North on Route 107. Continue on Route 107 as it merges with Glen Cove Road. At approximately 5 miles you will pass a school and church on the right (St. Hyacinth) - be in the right lane at this point.

Shortly after passing the school there will be a fork in the road - take the right fork
(signs for right fork are Cedar Swamp Road and Sea Cliff).

Pass four (4) traffic lights (the lights are close together).

One block after the 4th traffic light, make a right turn onto Alexander Place.
(An Italian deli - Buonogustaio on the far corner as you turn onto Alexander Place)

The office is up the hill inside the gates.

Long Island Expressway to Exit 50 (Bagatelle Road)

Stay on service road, pass school on right

Turn right on Burr's Lane

Madonna Heights is on the right side of Burrs Lane about ½ to 1 mile after turning onto Burrs Lane

By Car

From Manhattan

Grand Central Parkway EAST to PARSONS BOULEVARD EXIT. Immediately get in the right lane and make the first RIGHT turn onto 150th Street.

Proceed down 150th Street, pass the stop sign and continue to 85th Drive - turn RIGHT onto 85th Drive.

Continue on 85th Drive until you can't go any further. This is 148th Street.
Turn LEFT onto 148th Street. SCO Family of Services is on the right side.

(If you go down 148th Street to Hillside Avenue, you have gone too far.)

For the George Henning Library - go up the main steps at the front entrance and go straight ahead upon entering the building. The George Henning Library will be immediately in front of you.

By SUBWAY: F train to SUTPHIN BOULEVARD
It is helpful to be in the front of the train.
Walk to stairs - stay on left. DO NOT take stairs "to Courthouse"
Exit upstairs to Hillside Avenue. Walk to corner of 148th Street
Turn LEFT onto 148th Street and walk 2½ long blocks up the street.
SCO Family of Services is on the left.

From Long Island

Take Grand Central Parkway WEST to 168th Street EXIT.

Take service road to PARSONS BOULEVARD. Turn LEFT onto Parsons Boulevard.

Cross over parkway and make FIRST RIGHT TURN. Go ONE block to 150th Street.

Turn LEFT onto 150th Street (150th Street runs parallel to Parsons Boulevard.) Go down 150th Street, pass a STOP sign and continue to 85th DRIVE - Turn RIGHT onto 85TH Drive.
Continue on 85th Drive until you can't go any further. This is 148th Street. Turn LEFT ONTO 148TH street. SCO Family of Services is on the right hand side.

(If you go down 148th Street and see Hillside Avenue, you have gone too far.)

Long Island Expressway to Exit 39N (Glen Cove Road). Travel north on Glen Cove Road approximately 4 miles to the intersection of Route 25A (Northern Blvd.)
Continue north over 25A to the third traffic signal (just past the Greenvale railroad station.)
Enter the left hand turn lane, turn left, go under the trestle and bear right (Yield sign.)
Continue north on Glen Cove Avenue to the fourth traffic signal (Emigrant Savings Bank) on the corner of Glen Cove Avenue and Downing Avenue.
Turn left on to Downing Avenue and continue to Park Avenue (just before second stop sign.)
Left into Park Avenue which will take you to the parking lot of the Residential Treatment Center.
